Every home is different, so every system we build starts with a conversation. We learn how you use each room, what bugs you about your current setup and what you want to be able to do from your phone. Then we design a system that is simple to use, looks clean on the wall and keeps working.
We work on new builds, renovations, existing homes and cottages, from a few rooms of lighting control to the whole property, front gate to boathouse. The same team designs it, installs it and supports it afterward.

Cottage country
Cottage automation, done properly
A lot of our work is at the lake, in Muskoka, Haliburton and the Kawarthas. A cottage has its own needs: checking the heat and water from the city, getting an alert when the power drops, opening the gate for a contractor, and Wi-Fi that reaches the dock and the boathouse.
We have installed systems on Lake Joseph, Stoney Lake, Kasshabog Lake and across Haliburton, and we know how to work around rock, distance and seasonal access.

Consultation
We talk through your home, your goals and your budget, on site, by phone or in our Markham showroom.
Design and quote
You get a written proposal that lists every room and every part of the system.
Install
Our own technicians run the wiring, mount the equipment and keep the site tidy.
Programming
We set up scenes and schedules, then show everyone in the house how to use it.
Support
We stay available for questions, changes and upgrades as your needs grow.

Common questions
Do you only work on new homes?
No. We work on new builds, renovations and existing homes. Many lighting and shade systems can be added to a finished home without opening walls, and we can upgrade or take over older systems.
What areas do you serve?
All of Southern Ontario, including Toronto, York Region, Peel, Durham, Peterborough and the Kawarthas, Haliburton, Muskoka and Blue Mountain.
How much does a smart home system cost?
It depends on the size of the home and what you want to control. A few rooms of lighting control is a very different project from a whole-home system with a theatre. We give every client a written quote after a free consultation.
Can you service a system someone else installed?
Yes. We regularly take over and upgrade Control4, ELAN, Crestron, Savant and Lutron systems installed by other companies.
